Sound design and audio development for Bentley’s first EV

It’s been an amazing experience working as one of the lead sound designers in creating the simulated engine sound for Bentley’s first ever electric vehicle. The D-LUV is scheduled for release late 2026. The job included creating original sounds for both the interior (driver experience) and exterior (legal requirements) sonic identity for this world class and prestige car brand. Working with the team at Sensory Experiences it required working closely with the engineers up at Bentley’s Crewe headquarters. I can’t say too much regarding the sound just yet for non-disclosure reasons, suffice to say that the brief or a captivating, organic and powerful sound was achieved. I look forward to adding more details about the creation and experience in due course.
